Shipping Policies


Shipping charge to anywhere in Canada is a flat fee of $9.00 Canadian.    

We Ship From British Columbia, Canada.  All prices are in Canadian funds. We only ship within Canada.

If paying by cashiers check or money order, your order won't ship out until payment has cleared. Make sure any money orders are usable in Canada  Post office money orders are preferred.

Canadian orders are sent by Canada Post business expedited parcel service with tracking numbers and insurance. Orders will be sent out within 24 hours of your payment being received (excluding weekends).

If a package is sent back to us from Canada Post due to our error, we will re-send it by express to make up for the delay. If a package is sent back to us due to a customer error; the customer will have to pay the actual shipping cost for re-sending.

Shipping time is 2-9 business days depending on how close you are to the West Coast of Canada.

COD Service: We do offer COD service for those who want to pay at time of delivery. Canada Post will not release the package until the COD balance is paid. If you are present at the time of delivery you can pay with cash to your mail carrier (exact change only). If you are not present at the time, your package will be held at your local post office for 2 weeks maximum. You can pick it up there and pay the COD with cash or debit card.

If you are using Purolator, make sure you include you phone number on the order form. Once we establish a volume level with Purolator; or cost will drop about 25%.

Product Warranty

All of our products (except atomizers and cartomizers) come with a 60 day warranty against defect from us, so you don't need to deal with the manufacture. If you have any problems, just email us. We will send you a replacement part, free of charge. If your bunk part is a battery, then we ask that you mail it back to us so we can get credit from the factory and make sure there is no water damage (voids the warranty).

Atomizers and Cartomizers will only be replaced if the problem is reported with 7 days of delivery date. These parts are considered a 'consumable' and are only warranted if received DOA. How you care for your atomizers will make a huge difference in their lifespan. An atomizer can last anywhere from 2 weeks to 2 months.

All of our E-Cig Kits are genuine branded Joye Tech product (except the mods which are from Boge and VaporMoon). We do not sell knock offs or no-name brand kits. We are on the Joye Factory's 'white list' of approved distributors. All spare parts we sell are also genuine Joye brand.

We do not offer any promises, satisfaction gurantees if the product is functioning correctly. We do offer refunds on unused products that are returned to us at the customers expense. We can not accept any returns on e-liquids for food security reasons.
